Hi, I'm Susan Griffith, owner of The Way West Enterprises, LLC.

As a licensed Wyoming Life & Health Insurance broker, I help individuals, families, and businesses explore life insurance, disability insurance, employee benefits, and annuity options. As an independent broker, I work with multiple carriers so my clients can compare options and find coverage that fits their needs and budget.

I have called Wyoming home my entire life and enjoy helping people throughout Wyoming and Montana protect what matters most. My goal is to make the insurance process simple, educational, and pressure-free so clients can make informed decisions with confidence.

Before focusing on insurance, I spent more than 15 years helping small businesses, contractors, and service-based companies through bookkeeping and financial record management. That experience gave me a strong understanding of the financial challenges families and business owners face and the importance of planning for the future.
